
Virginia joined Bountiful Law PLLC as a Probate Paralegal and is dedicated to guiding clients through the probate and estate administration process with compassion, care, and professionalism. She works closely with individuals and families navigating the legal and emotional challenges that can arise after the loss of a loved one, ensuring each matter is handled with attention to detail, respect, and sincerity.
Prior to joining Bountiful Law, Virginia spent over 17 years in Property Management, where she developed extensive experience in contract compliance, asset oversight, employee training and onboarding, operations management, and budgeting. Her background provided her with a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client service—skills that now allow her to effectively support clients through the probate process.
Virginia is passionate about leading with heart and believes that clients deserve both knowledgeable legal support and genuine compassion during difficult life transitions. She is committed to helping families feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout every stage of the process.
Outside of work, Virginia enjoys living on her family compound in the country alongside her mother, sister, and her sister’s family. Family plays a central role in her life, and she especially enjoys spending time with her niece, Josey, whom she proudly helps raise.
Virginia enjoys reading, crafting, swimming, and spending time with the people she loves most. She is actively involved in coaching youth sports, serving as a basketball and volleyball coach, and is passionate about mentoring and encouraging young people. She is also actively involved in her church and serves in both women’s and children’s organizations.
